Included in the Price is:
- Customisation of your chosen site through amending or removing Colours, Images, Copy and Menu / Navigational Items
- Creation of a basic logo using your chosen colours (you will only be provided with one set logo using the basic service)
- Upto Eight Images from our Stock Image Partner Istockphoto.com
- Configuration of member only access areas or password protected sections of your site
- Set up of upto 5 email address on your domain
- Free configuration of your web hosting when using Zumo Hosting Services
Not included, but available as an additional extra is:
- Creation of bespoke logos or logotypes to your specification
- Modification of the templates layout, or addition of menu / navigational items
- Addition of programming or scripting to perform bespoke functions
2. Is there anything that I might require that you're unable to do?
Providing it's both moral and ethical, we can accommodate nearly all requests, however costs may vary dependant on the work involved. If at any point, you wish to cancel your order, you will be entitled to a no quibble refund.
We're happy to work with projects you may have started but are unable to complete. All we request is that you are able to supply us with the original template files that you downloaded, as this way we can be sure that everything we have is correct and there are no hidden surprises.
As we will be starting over from scratch, we're unable to offer a discount.
Our prices are based on the time saving we make in two areas
1. By choosing a layout yourself, you are removing the time that would have previously gone into the design phase - often the most lengthy part
2. Through our questioning process, we eliminate the need for face to face meetings and consultations, passing this saving on direct.
5. Who will own the site and how do I make modifications in the future?
Once we complete your site, the site is entirely yours. When we transfer the hosting to your chosen server, we send you all the required details to access or download your site files.
At this point, we also insist that you change your access passwords, to ensure only you have access to the files on your domain.
